ROY & ROSEMARY RECORDING A SINGLE FOR FEATURE FILM WITH REAL HOUSEWIVES OF VANCOUVER STAR MARY ZILBA
Roy & Rosemary are excited to announce they will be performing in and arranging a song with Mary Zilba for an upcoming movie with Grammy winning producer Ian Prince.
This movie is being produced by Lions Gate Entertainment.
ROY & ROSEMARY featured in Malcolm Parry’s Column in the Vancouver Sun and Vancouver Magazine as well as Light Magazine.
ROY & ROSEMARY were featured playing on the movie THE EXHIBITION that just premiered at the HOT DOCS film festival in Toronto. It was just chosen in the top 10 in the audience choice!

ROSEMARY SIEMENS AWARDED DIAMOND JUBILEE MEDAL
Vancouver, BC (Dec. 22, 2012) – In a surprise presentation immediately following a sold-out performance at Vancouver’s Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Rosemary Siemens was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.
QUEEN ELIZABETH II DIAMOND JUBILEE MEDAL
A new commemorative medal was created to mark the 2012 celebrations of the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s accession to the Throne as Queen of Canada. The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal is a tangible way for Canada to honour Her Majesty for her service to this country. At the same time, it serves to honour significant contributions and achievements by Canadians.
ROY AND ROSEMARY CD RELEASE DEBUT ALBUM: Once Upon a Dream
December 9th, 2012 Vancouver: Coastal Church
Roy & Rosemary recently released their debut album with producer Daryl Bennett entitled Once Upon a Dream. They had an incredible CD release concert at Coastal Church accompanied by the 25 piece Stradivari Ensemble, conducted by Robert Rozek along with special guests Eli Bennett on tenor sax, Daryl Bennett on drums and tenor Paul Ouellette. Over 800 were in attendance and they had to turn away over 100 people. We are looking forward to our next Vancouver show! Thank you for the overwhelming support! Thank you so much to Coastal Church for all of your support and to Manuel Bernaschek and Show Case pianos for the use of the amazing Fazioli piano Roy was able to play on.
January 28th, 2012, Vancouver Private Show
Roy and Rosemary have been asked to play a private concert for Mr. Fazioli at the end of January, this is a huge honour as the Fazioli is Roy’s favorite piano to play on. The Fazioli piano is known to be the Ferrari of pianos, they are all handmade in Italy.
